Changing Email on Account

Changing your email address is a process we require to be done from our side. In order to protect your account as we update your email we will need the following:

Selfie with the ID we have on file for your account
-Holding a handwritten note with a) today’s date b) 'for Etana use only' c) and signed by you
-This note must be large enough and visible for Etana to see

AND

Confirmation from both email addresses involved with this update
-Etana will send a code to the email you are requesting to add

-Please provide the email address you would like to utilize going forward
