Why isn't my account approved yet?
To provide our clients with the highest levels of security and due to our strict KYC/AML compliance regulations, each profile must undergo extensive review before it can be approved.
There is no set time for approval as it varies from client to client. We will work to get your profile verified as soon as possible.
Clients who are residents or citizens of some countries require enhanced due diligence, which will lead to longer processing times. To find out if your country of residence falls into this category, you can email support@etana.com
